Title:
Unable to locate package linux-lowlatency-lts-trusty for Precise ESM

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When trying to install linux-lowlatency-lts-trusty on a Precise ESM node,
  it complains about:
E: Unable to locate package linux-lowlatency-lts-trusty

Do we really produce the lowlatency package for 3.13 Precise?

I have checked the test history and I didn't see this.
