Bug description:
  Summary: I use a Dell Precision 5530 (I+N) with the nvidia-driver-390.
  Resume from suspend the machine hangs.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Nvidia driver from Software & Update -> Addtional driver -> 
nvidia-driver-390 (proprietary)
  2. Suspend the machine
  3. Press power button to resume the machine

  Expected result:
  The machine wakes up and shows the login screen

  Actual result:
  The machine hangs

  Note:
  The bug doesn't exist with intel graphic

  Failure rate: 100%
