verification procedure:

1. find a machine that load ath10k module. install cosmic and make sure kernel 
module ath10k module is loaded.
2. apt update; apt upgrade.
3. rename the board-2.bin, reboot, and make sure wifi failed. (it means: the 
firmware is needed for the driver work properly). and then rename back. (at 
this time, linux-firmware version is: 1.175.1)
4. turn on the proposed channel, install linux-firmware 1.175.3.
5. make sure the md5sum for the board-2.bin is updated.
6. reboot, and confirm wifi still working well.
