There's unpleasant pop noise when headset is plugged in or removed from
GHS/Line-out jack.
* Fix:
Issue can be fixed by these four patches. All of them are accepted by upstream.

* Testcase:
Connect/remove a headset to/from the jack and see if there's noise.

Low since these patches only affect specific platforms.
