CAPS LOCK key not released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Sometimes the caps lock key is not released and EVERYTHING IS IN CAPS
AFTERWARDS.
It is only working properly after a restart.
My Ubuntu version is
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release: 18.04
It is not a hardware issue because it persists even if i change from the usb
keyboard to the laptop keyboard.
My kernel version is
4.15.0-43-generic
but updating to 4.15.0-45 didn't help.
Is there anything else i can report to help you find the source of this?
