Hi there! Sorry for the delay on this. We tested all the kernels but
none of them seems to have the middle wheel working. Please advise on

Bug description:
It appears that the mouse middle wheel is not working on Ubuntu 13.10.
This used to work on past distributions but something seems to have
regressed it in Ubuntu 13.10. Please triage and fix the problem.
