the fix in 4.18 does not seem to work for this one.
When using the pen included with the HP Spectre x360 13" and
libinput1.10 or libinput 1.12, dmesg is flooded with:

Please see attached details. At first, the pen functions normally,
however after approximately 1 minute of use, it will continue to move
windows but loses writing and drawing capabilities in applications.
