[Fix] It's a hardware/firmware bug, workarounded by bailing out suspend function if it ever fails, and reset the xHC in next resume function. [Test] After applying the patch, the USB works, and the system can enter S3 consecutively. [Regression Potential] Minimal. This workaround only applies to AMD Raven Ridge xHC.
