Audio is heard from the speaker for 1 second, then stops. The volume control stills says audio is routed to bluetooth speaker, but no sound output. Bluetooth cannot then be turned off (button appears to function to “off” position , but bluetooth remains active and button returns to “on” position after exactly 30 seconds) Attempting to switch to flight mode – the button “greys out” for 30 seconds, then appears as “on”. Wifi is disconnected but mobile network connections are still active. Switching off the bluetooth speaker has no effect, the phone still appears to be connected to it. Attempting to restart does not work – The phone switches off and does not restart. Hard reset is required to get the phone to boot again. Also if the phone is powered off, it will not restart until a hard reset is performed.
