Title:
  High fan speed after suspend then reboot

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  After suspend, the fan will spin up to high speed and after a few
  seconds the system turns off (instantly, no shutdown procedure), then
  boots again.

  Seems to me like the system thinks it is overheating, when it is
  clearly not.

  This started happening after the latest kernel update to 4.10.0.27.30;
  it does not occur on 4.8.0-58.63.

  I originally installed linux-hwe to fix
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-
  intel/+bug/1573959.
