Fan noise

Bug description:
After recent kernel update my laptop (Thinkpad T470s) fan is always on
max speed. It sometimes happens right after reboot and sometimes after
first suspend. I have now after the problem occurred installed
thinkfan and when I issue sudo /etc/init.d/thinkfan start then the fan
speed goes back to normal (i.e. dependent on temperature).
