Public bug reported:

Currently the GCP/GKE kernel does not install the extra modules package
by default and there's no easy way to install it other than installing
the specific version package for each kernel version (ie: linux-modules-
extra-${kernel-abi-version}-gcp).

It's necessary to include a meta pointing to the current binary extra
modules packages.

** Affects: linux-gcp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
