Public bug reported:

[Impact]
The warnings emitted by the kernel when CONFIG_DEBUG_WX is enabled will show an
incorrect address, nullifying the value of this config option.

[Test Case]
Boot; if a "arm64/mm: Found insecure W+X mapping at address" message appears,
confirm it's not in the userspace mapping.

[Regression Risk]
This is arm64-only code, so regressions would be restricted to arm64. This
change is currently present in bionic without any noticed regressions.
