Public bug reported: It looks like this bug remained for some time (Month?) and still exist. Some computers with the QCA6174 will have this and stuck with wrong country code. As far as I have learned from several threads e.g.: https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2384640 https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9951857/ it has to do with a 'regd_common.h' patch. Please have a look at the threads. The problem appears with Ubuntu 18,04, where Samsung Book computers are affected.
