Title: usb mouse not working under 4.13.0-38 Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Updated to 4.13.0-38 recently. After booting the mouse does not respond. Back to -32 mouse works fine. (-36 an -37 have problems copying to USB drives, bug already reported as #1752946 there are also my hardware reports to be found) Maybe it's a USB problem. Hardware works fine under older kernel.
