There was just a mistake, I accidentally uploaded an hwe-edge kernel for
artful when it should have been for xenial. This has already been
corrected, and the bug you refer to has been closed (or rather duped to
a new tracking bug).
Closing since this has already been addressed.

For the recent SRU test request for the Artful HWE Edge kernel (bug
1723443), the requested kernel version is: 4.13.0-16.19~16.04.2
But the one in our ppa is 4.13.0-16-generic #19~16.04.1
This is causing jenkins jobs to fail.
