Issues with Nvidia GeForce GT 240M. Can't define monitor and set
proper resolution. Also, Redshift doesn't work.

Kernel: 4.4.0-87. Nvidia screen (after boot) has disappeared.
System: Linux Mint 18.1 MATE
Laptop: Fujitsu Amilo Pi 3560
I'm using 4.4.0-72 kernel for now with no such issues.
