test on the latest mainstream kernel 3.12.0-031200rc7, it's still a issue. And read the first bad commit more carefully, it says elan v4 clickpad has only one button, it's not true for Dell V 5460. I'm going to generate a new patch for it and discuss with upstream maintainer.
