All network-devices are listed as DEACTIVATED. Re- ACTIVATING doesn't help. Only Soution is to reboot computer. Only working workaround at this time is to send PC into sleep-mode via terminal using following code: dbus-send --system --print-reply \ --dest="org.freedesktop.UPower" \ /org/freedesktop/UPower \ org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend Afterwards everything works fine.
