Hi I just reset my laptop (Asus x201ep) back to factory settings, then immediately upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10. The bug, at least for me, has not been fixed - I still get sent straight to the login screen when I try to suspend. No settings have been changed from the default settings, and the only new program installed is chromium.

Strangely enough, the first suspend-operation works, but thereafter, it waked up immediately. Activating hibernation via terminal leads to the same phenomenon. pm-suspend.log in /var/log tells me: s2ram_do: Input/output error KMS graphics driver is in use, skipping quirks. Tue Mar 19 21:26:01 CET 2013: Awake. Tue Mar 19 21:26:01 CET 2013: Running hooks for resume Tue Mar 19 21:26:01 CET 2013: Finished. I also deleted everything via terminal in /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/ and /etc/pm/sleep.d/ without any success [nor effect]. It would be great if this bug could be fixed before 13.04 comes officially out, as the Asus X201E is preinstalled with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and I guess a lot of users will want to upgrade their OS.
