Noted that we are actually doing a full rebuild, but we have partially
implmented support to limit this to the first flavour. Dropped patched
on kernel-team@ to enable this support.

Adt tests of src:linux time out often on armhf lxc containers

quite often the tests time out on armhf. Maybe this is due to running
inside a lxc container, rather than in a full VM.
Could you please consider disabling rebuild test on armhf? Or for
example lowering its parallelism during adt tests.
