Title:
zfs not installed on yakkety upgrade

Status in zfs-linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
On upgrading to yakety, zfs was no longer installed. I manually
installed zfsutils-linux and that fixed things, but it was rather
disconcerting to (temporarily) lose my zfs volume on upgrading.
