Bug description:
Followed the steps on this thread to get the keyboard to pair, but
even though hci-dump shows keypresses, no keypresses or mouse movement
get passed to any shell (graphical or terminals).

If any dev in Austin wants to borrow my keyboard, or wants to meet up
to help sort this out let me know. Otherwise I'll be taking a stab at
fixing it once I find some time.
