Title:
  Bluetooth mouse 3.0 reconnection fail

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I use Ubuntu 12.04 (updated 2013.02.01)

The bluetooth chipset used is a broadcom 2070

I use the Bluetooth setting UI to connect a Mouse Bluetooth 3.0
(Broadcom20730 chip)
Bluetooth HID 2.0-> encryption is mandatory

After the pairing, the mouse is working, but when I try to reconnect
the mouse (power Off power ON the Bluez stack) the mouse don't
  reconnect.

I try the same but I use the cmd line (not the bluetooth wizard) to pair the
mouse
  bluez-simple-agent hci0 xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

and this time all work correctly, the mouse is encrypted with the pin
code 0000 and the reconnection work.
