The SUT cannot shutdown when install Ubuntu 16.04 on SATA-DOM sSATA
RAID1 (Intel RSTe).

Bug description:
1.Boot SUT into BIOS
2.Change sSATA controller from AHCI mode to RAID mode then save setting and
reboot SUT
3.Boot SUT into BIOS then create RAID1 with SATA-DOM
4.Save setting and reboot SUT into PXE server
5.Install Ubuntu 16.04
6.Boot into OS after OS install completed
7.The OS can boot normal, but it cannot be shutdown
