randomly after connecting USB devices directly or via a hub. Random
USB crashes occur more frequently than with Ubuntu 16.10, but less
often than with < 16.10.
This might be related to Firefox UI freezing and becoming unresponsive
(while the process state is sleeping and the `rtsx_usb_ms_1`
process/kernel thread is unresponsive constantly).
