Fix: Backport relevant commits from upstream linux-firmware. Regression Potential: In most cases these are new files which will not be used by older kernels, so no regression is possible there. In a few cases there are updates to existing firmware files, and while regressions are not expected they are possible. --- linux-hwe-edge in xenial is in the process of being updated to be based on the 4.10 zesty kernel.
