I found a sad solution for me now.

After more than 10 years of ubuntu, I installed Windows 10 on my laptop. Just 
because it works way better with all that hardware.
Now I can actually use it like it is meant to be used.

  Installation/Live-System freezes on Splash screen

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  A USB Stick prepared with 16.04.1 no matter whether "Try Ubuntu" or
  "Install" is chosen, it freezes on splash-Screen.

  With "quiet splash" removed, I get the output on the picture attached.

  In the last line it says: "BUG  Can't handle kernel"
