After switching to any kernel above 3.9.11 my cpu cooler acts like cpu was
overheating, it spins all the time trying to cool down processor even if it's
below 50 Celcius.
The current os is ubuntu 13.10 64 bit, computer is TOSHIBA Satellite U400
PSU40E with Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5750
