Public bug reported:

KY Srinivasan and Josh Poulson from Microsoft requested a series of
changes on the build configuration of the linux-azure kernel:

- Support for other hypervisors should be disabled (that includes Xen,
KVM/virtio and VMware).
- No USB device support.
- No support for UEFI or secure boot (at least until generation 2 of VMs are
available).
- The elevator scheduler should be limited to noop.
- Support for other architectures should be disabled.
- The list of supported NIC and physical storage devices should be shortened
(FC is an example that it's not supported by azure).

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Incomplete
