It updates the dc firmware (hfi1_dc8051.fw) and PCIe SerDes firmware
(hfi1_pcie.fw).
Please DO NOT include the platform data file called hfi1_platform.dat

Bug description:
Firmware required to support the first generation OPA host fabric interface
(HFI) hardware.
The firmware will run on the HFI PCIe card.
The OPA kernel driver will load this firmware when the driver is loaded.
