Thanks for testing those. Since using what was basically the latest upstream kernel didn't help, it sounds like this is something that needs to be addressed upstream. That doesn't mean that we'll stop trying to find a temp solution, just that a fix may originate quicker from upstream. If you would, please open an upstream bug report at https://bugzilla.kernel.org. This will point out your issue to the developers, and may provide a resolution more quickly.
If you feel comfortable opening a bug upstream, it would be helpful if you would post the upstream bug number as a comment here, so that we can link this to the appropriate upstream report.
