The with the Fn+F2 key I should be able to toggle the status of wifi and 3G (at least with Windows 7). As the Fn+F2 key does not produce any events in Ubuntu, I'm unable to use my 3G modem. I also can't turn wifi off, eg. when going on an airplane. wifi on, 3g off <-- default mode at start-up. wifi off, 3g on wifi on, 3g on wifi off, 3g off I already tries this with the latest upstream kernel, same for standard lucid kernel. I also tried the usual suspects and did not find any events for this key: dmesg, xev, showkey Other keys such as brightness, suspend, etc. work fine.
