Bug description:
The following instruction set are extension to AVX512 on Intel's Xeon and
Xoen Phi processors:
• avx512_4vnniw - Vector instructions for deep learning enhanced word
variable precision.
• avx512_4fmaps - Vector instructions for deep learning floating-point single
precision.
We will detect the features in CPUID:eax=7:ecx=0->edx[2:3].
