HP printer no longer working after upgrade.

Bug description:
My HP-Deskjet-F2100-series printer stopped working after upgrade from 16.04
to 16.10. It worked fine in 16.04. I've tried several different printing jobs,
and it's the same for every one, it prints half of a page and then stops. I
have a laptop with 16.04 on it, and when I tried the printer there it worked
fine.
