The systemd log line "bluetooth.service: Failed at step NAMESPACE spawning /usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd: Too many levels of symbolic links" (which is also present in your "JournalErrors.txt" file) lead me to systemd's "ProtectHome" configuration option, and indeed "/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service" states "ProtectHome=true", which supposedly doesn't play well with my "/home -> media/[...]/home" symlink. Changing that to the weaker "ProtectHome=read-only", the bluez package configures successfully.
