Multi Touch Functionality in 14.04

Bug description:
As I visited to many website seeking for solution , I get the message
to upgrade your kernel to start using multi-touch, but is there any
hack so I can use multi touch in e450.
* 2 fingers scrolling not working.
* Double click not so much efficient, even I have to make triple click on
lappy to realise it as double click.
