Computer restart (no correctly) after resume on battery power

Bug description:
Computer doesn't resume but restarts (or crash) without showing anything on
display. It happens every time when is suspended or resumed and it is only on
battery power and it doesn't happen when is plugged in.
First occurrence of the bug is 29.11.2016 - it have worked before.
