I have what I think is the same problem. What do I need to do to get this bug out of the expired state? (I don't understand all of how launchpad works I'm afraid.)
Is this http://askubuntu.com/questions/771240/suspend-broken-on- ubuntu-16-04-lts-dell-xps-9350 the same issue?
