Title:
Head phones do not receive sound anymore after waking up from
  hibernation

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with everything updated and I plug in
the headphones, then I can get the sound in the headphones. Then I
suspend the laptop by closing the lid. Then I resume the laptop by
opening the lid. At this point I cannot get the sound in the
headphones anymore, even if in "Settings/Sound" the headphones are
  selected.
