Bug description:
I was trying to install Ubuntu 16.10(Yakkety Yak) server amd64 from
21-Sep-2016 Ubuntu 16.10(Yakkety Yak).
Unfortunately the installation failed at software install.

The following messages appear in the console:

in-target: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  in-target: libpython3.5 : Depends: libpython3.5-stdlib (= 3.5.2-4ubuntu2) but
3.5.2-4ubuntu3 is to be installed
in-target: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
  in-target: tasksel: apt-get failed (100)
main-menu[785]: WARNING **: Configuring 'pkgsel' failed with error code 1
main-menu[785]: WARNING **: Menu item 'pkgsel' failed.

Note: This case also applies to Ubuntu 16.10 server i386 from 21-Sep-2016.
With the images from 24-Sep-2016 amd64 and i386 the installation failed
because CD-ROM couldn't be mounted.

  Thanks,
  Ovidiu.
