I've marked it as Invalid, as there's nothing to be done at this point.
But, there may still be some bug here. After all, how did this happen in
the first place? That may have been user error, or it may not have. But,
at this point, it likely doesn't matter. If we see more, similar
reports, or if something is reproducible, then we can go from there.

Title:
zfsutils-linux fails to configure "directory not empty"

Status in zfs-linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Description: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
  Release: 16.04

  zfsutils-linux:
    Installed: 0.6.5.6-0ubuntu12

After apt-get upgrade, zfsutils-linux fails to configure.

  # systemctl status zfs-mount.service
Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer systemd[1]: Starting Mount ZFS filesystems...
  Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer zfs[27456]: cannot mount '/storage/media':
directory is not empty
  Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer systemd[1]: zfs-mount.service: Main process
exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer systemd[1]: Failed to start Mount ZFS filesystems.
  Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer systemd[1]: zfs-mount.service: Unit entered
failed state.
  Aug 19 09:39:56 MediaServer systemd[1]: zfs-mount.service: Failed with result
'exit-code'.

Unmounting zpool entirely shows the folder is indeed empty.

Running apt-get -f upgrade with the pool entirely unmounted returns
the same result. (The zpool is successfully mounted though, including
  the supposed failed directory.)
