  Shutdown doesn't work on Acer Aspire s7 191 after upgrade from trusty

Bug description:
  After upgrade from ubuntu 14.04.2 to 16.04 on Acer Aspire s7 191  , power 
shutdown does not work anymore  by clicking on "shutdown" option on menu. The 
system perform the shutdown process but fails to perform power shutdown .
  shutdown -h now doesn't work either . systemctl start poweroff.target , 
instead, can successfully power off the system .
