Bug description:
As a desktop setup i have a laptop+monitor+keyboard and mouse (usb).
When i get the login screen i need to wait for like 10 sec for the laptop to
take some impute from my Peripheral Devices (username+pass)
Dont know if this is a kernel or an os Bug!
