This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

bluetooth not functioning

Bug description:
Unable to pair any device. after I choose "Set up new Device" the
screen opens and nothing happens, no matter how long you wait. The
phone (android) sees the computer, but not the other way around. The
scanning does not seam to function. Kind of a dead screen.
