How can one install Linux 4.4.5 on Xenial? It is not on <http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/?C=M;O=A> Or can I use <http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.4.5-wily/>?
