Bug description:
Ralink RT3090 wireless adaptor not functional using kernel 4.2.0-29.
Booted with kernel 4.2.0-28 and wireless adaptor worked. Able to
reproduce issue by booting 4.2.0-29 kernel.
Ubuntu 4.2.0-28.33-generic 4.2.8-ckt3
