Hi Joseph: The computer froze just after (or while) resuming from hibernate. (the desktop was there but everything frozen). Actually, thinking about it, I think the last time I had hibernation working was on Ubuntu 14.04. As for testing the latest upstream kernel. I will try to find some time to that but I can't promise it can be anytime soon.
