When installing the linux-lts-vivid kernel in Ubuntu 14.04, there is a
regression with overlayfs and unprivileged containers: 'failed to
whiteout'

We discussed this on the LXC user mailing list, and this is likely a bug in
one of the patches that add support for unprivileged use of overlayfs.
