Title: Kernel panic when booting Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: The live system boots only rarely, and gives the following kernel panic most of the time: [drm] failed to retreive link info, disabling eDP [drm] initialised i915 1.60 20150731 for 0000:00:002.0 on minor 1 Kernel panic - not syncing: Timeout: Not all CPUs entered broadcast exception handler Shutting down cpus with NMI The installed system appears to kernel panic all of the time, except when using advanced -> upstart in grub.
